This meant that the brand needed refreshing to remain relevant and help a new culture to emerge in the company. We analyzed practices, attitudes and touch points to understand, develop and refine the essence of what Asurion stands for, and depicted that in a new positioning, brand architecture and scalable corporate identity. Asurion has since become the worlds largest provider of technology protection products providing more than 90 million consumers worldwide with best-in-class, next day device replacement and protection of user content and software.
